Aideen McQueen headlines Dungarvan Comedy Club on Thursday 30 April.

Sharp, sassy, and seriously funny Aideen McQueen has been making Irish audiences lose it since she reached the final of the Funny Funny comedy competition after just her third ever gig. Since then she's become one of the most recognisable names on the Irish circuit, a resident compere at Dublin's International Comedy Club, and a familiar face on RTÉ, TG4, BBC Northern Ireland and BBC Radio 4. She's shared stages with Dylan Moran, Ardal O'Hanlon, Frankie Boyle, and Reginald D Hunter - and held her own every time.

Her style? Honest, bold, and sharp enough to cut. The kind of comedian who makes you laugh at things you probably shouldn't, and feel completely fine about it.

Your host for the night is Tom O'Mahony! Comedian, MC, and the man who keeps the Castle Room on the right side of chaos. Tom does his own set throughout the evening, and he'll be bringing along a second act to round out the night.
