What happens after you make your reservation online?
You will receive an email from us outlining your confirmed reservation details with details of our Terms & Conditions attached. Please read through the email carefully. Details include the length of time your table will be available o your party and other such details.
I have not received confirmation of my reservation.
If you have not received a confirmation email from us please contact us directly.
The most common reason why you may not have received your confirmation email is that your email address was incorrectly filled in. Typos happen to the best of us! If your email address is correct, check your junk/spam folder.
If you used the wrong email address, make a new booking with your correct email address. You can contact us at (058) 44537 or at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll cancel the previous one.
I need to make changes to my reservation.
You can make edits to your reservation from your confirmation email. You can find 'Edit my Reservation' and 'Cancel my Reservation' in this email. You can add notes to your booking, from special dietary requirements to other special requests from our team. You can change the time of your reservation. To change the date of your reservation, please cancel your reservation and create a new one. Please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you are looking to edit or cancel your reservation. Thank you.

You can cancel your reservation from your confirmation email. You can find 'Cancel my Reservation' in this email. Please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you are looking to edit or cancel your reservation. Thank you.
I'm trying to find a table but the time is not available that I require.
If you can't find what you're looking for on our online booking system, then please contact us directly. Your party size might be too large for our online reservation diary to automatically place. However, our team are always on hand to offer assistance and guidance so you can sit back and relax.
How can I request a specific table or room within 360 Cookhouse?
All table reservations will be available for specific time slots as noted in your confirmation email. Specific tables cannot be guaranteed.
To make a booking in our other rooms, such as our Pergola Garden Room or Snug, please click the drop-down arrow beside 'Search in Restaurant' on our booking diary widget. Room options will then appear.
